Abstract

This research aims to find out the utilization of pawned goods in the perspective of the four schools of thought. The method used by the author in this research is descriptive comparative which seeks to reveal the law of the use of pawn goods in the perspective of the four schools of thought. so it is difficult when borrowing from other people without providing collateral to the creditor to establish a trust between the two parties. Basically, the goods that are used as collateral for the debt belong to the debtor absolutely, so that the pledged goods need to be guarded by the person who received the guarantee as a trust, if the collateral is damaged due to his actions, he needs to replace it.
