Abstract

The Standard Discourse of Poverty in the Perspective of Islamic Jurisprudence; This research aims to identify the standards of poverty from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence. The research concludes that there are two approaches that can be used in determining the poverty line standards based on the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence, namely; first, the approach of had al kifayah, and second, the approach of nisab zakat (nisab zakat of gold and silver or nisab zakat of agriculture).
