Tinjauan Hukum Islam Terhadap Transaksi Undian Serbu Seru di Bukalapak

Abstrak

The research on lottery-based buying and selling transactions aims to answer two main questions: how does the Serbu Seru lottery system operate in the Bukalapak application, and how does Islamic law analyze this practice? Additionally, it is recommended that users be more cautious when participating in e-commerce lotteries to avoid potential fraud and practices thgharar (uncertainty) and maysiruncertainty) and maysir (gambling). The data was obtained through documentation studies and literature reviews to strengthen the analysis. The results of the research show that the Serbu Seru lottery-based buying and selling transactions in Bukalapak do not involve coercion or fraud. The terms and conditions set by Bukalapak are easily accessible to all participating users. Based on Islamic law analysis, this practice is considered valid and permissible as it does not contain elements of harm or loss. This research suggests that Bukalapak should be more transparent in explaining lottery-based transactions and prioritize consumer interests rather than merely seeking profit. Additionally, users are advised to be more cautious when participating in e-commerce lotteries to avoid potential fraud and practices involving gharar (uncertainty) and maysir (gambling).
