Hukum Nazhor Ketika Khitbah

Abstrak

This research aims to find out a process that is carried out before the marriage contract, namely Nazhor or seeing prospective partners during the Khitbah procession or application, the method used by the author in this research is normative descriptive which seeks to reveal the law of the process in Islamic law, from research the authors conclude that it is sunnah to see the future wife when in the application process within the limits set by sharia.
