Kedudukan Talfiq Dalam Konsep Hukum Islam

Abstrak

This article discusses and examines the position of talfiq within the concept of Islamic law. However, in qat'i matters or those that have achieved scholarly consensus (ijma'), such talfiqo determine which forms of talfiq are permissible and which are prohibited in Islamic jurisprudence. This article employs qualitative research based on literature (library research) with a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing descriptive analysis and content analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that talfiq is permitted in matters that are zanni or speculative, i.e., matters that are disputed among scholars. However, in qat'i matters or those that have achieved scholarly consensus (ijma'), such talfiq is prohibited.
